I am providing Individual IFS Consultation for therapists who have completed Level 1 or higher or who have a basic understanding of IFS. IFS Consultation is focused on the therapist’s parts that are activated through their work with clients. IFS Consultation is unique in that respect. You and I will work within the IFS model to increase your understanding of your own internal system.
IFS therapists find this an invaluable experience in their own personal and professional growth. We find that the more familiar we are with our own system the better we can hold Self Energy for our clients and assist them in their healing.
