I wish to provide you care that is both comfortable and has the highest professional quality. Beginning in 2020 all therapy is through tele-health. My experience with tele-health has been positive for both clients and myself. If you feel that this type of contact would be beneficial please contact me.
I accept both private pay and many insurance plans. If you are paying out of pocket please pay at time of session.
If you are using insurance please check with your provider list to verify that I am on your specific plan. Be aware of your benefits such as co-pay and deductibles. My name will be listed as “Elizabeth Deeter” on most plans. My office will file for you.
I accept fees and copays at the time of the appointment. You may pay cash, check or with a credit card. A statement will be sent out every 4-6 weeks to help you manage your balance.
Fees: $150 first session/$125 following sessions
